FA Cup Quarter Final Previews
=======FA Cup Quarter Final Previews
>>>>>>> .r8797Back to the FA Cup this weekend. Win just two games and you will be playing at the new Wembley Stadium (now confirmed, unless the FA lose the keys that they have just been given).
Middlesbrough v Man Utd (Saturday 1730 GMT)
A supposed bogey team for United, but more often than not United win. Larsson’s last game for us and despite being off form, I see an easy win for us to make it 6 wins in a row. (1-2)
Chelsea v Tottenham (Sunday 1245 GMT)
Interesting one this. Spurs seems to be on an up at the moment, never giving up in that 4-3 game at West Ham. Trouble is, Chelsea are a machine and with Cech in goal very hard to score against. (1-0)
Blackburn v Man City (Sunday 1600 GMT)
Blackburn are on a roll and heading upwards towards a UEFA Cup spot. City are going the other way and the only reason they won’t get relegated is because none of the teams below them have the fight that Portsmouth had last season. I can’t remember the last time City got to a semi final (and that’s because it was 1981) . (3-1)
Plymouth v Watford (Sunday 1800 GMT)
Probably going to be the best game, but the team’s fans have got a raw deal here. Sunday night down in Plymouth, I bet Watford fans love the BBC. Plymouth, managed by the fantastic Ian Holloway, have got home advantage against the deflated Hornets. (2-1)
