Sounds entirely fair and reasonable to me.
Here are some others he would like to be introduced :-
- It is allowed for Chelsea managers to infer that referees are cheats as long as they say that it is a fact.
- Managers with limitless cash are allowed to moan about lack of resources.
- Managers are allowed to obsess about and keep extensive notes on Arsenal managers as long you call them a “voyeur”
- Managers are allowed to make rude gestures to Liverpool fans
- There is no rule 5
- Chelsea must bore the opposition fans as much as possible by grinding out win after win.
- If an opposition player touches a Chelsea goalkeeper it must be treated as murder.
