Ferdinand and Vidic may play against AC
Man United’s defensive pressure may be eased against AC Milan. The reports say that Ferdinand is a definite whilst Vidic will have a scan on his collar bone and may well play as well.
Seen as Brown is playing well enough I would not risk Vidic if Ferdinand will be playing. Evra has not looked fit in the games he has played recently and Heinze should be moved to left-back. Although Rio has come back once already and that didn’t go too well.
The other concern is whether Paul Scholes can contain his natural mistimed tackles and not get booked. We need him on the pitch, but it would be both a team and personal tragedy were he to miss two champions League finals through suspension.
